The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the exam city intimation slip for JEE Main 2025 Session 2. Candidates who have registered for the April session can now download the city slip from the official website — jeemain.nta.nic.in.
To access the slip, students must log in using their application number, date of birth, and captcha code.
The JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam is scheduled to be held on April 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9.
It is important to note that the city intimation slip is not the same as the admit card. The city slip simply informs candidates about the city where their exam centre will be located, allowing them to plan travel and accommodations in advance. These slips are typically released 10 days prior to the exam.
Meanwhile, the admit card serves as the official document required for entry into the examination hall. Candidates must carry a hard copy of the admit card on the exam day; without it, entry will not be permitted.
The JEE Main is a national-level engineering entrance exam conducted for admission into NITs, IIITs, and other top engineering institutes across India. It is held in two sessions—January and April. In the January 2025 session, a total of 13,11,544 candidates registered for Paper 1 (BE/BTech).
If any candidate faces issues while downloading the city intimation slip, they can reach out to NTA at 011-40759000 or email jeemain@nta.ac.in for assistance.
Stay tuned for further updates on the release of the admit cards and other important announcements.
