SIETK, a leading college located at Puttur invites companies to conduct campus placements for their students.
Siddartha Institute of Engineering  & Technology located at Puttur 30 km away from Tirupati(Temple of town Lord Balaji).  The Tirupati airport is just 25 kms from our college.  The college was founded  in 2001 and affiliated  to the JNT University, Anantapur and accredited by AICTE, New Delhi.

*Training  and Placement Cell : *

 A part from the academics, the key focus of SIETK is on employability of its students. In pursuit of providing  ideal employment, the college  set up an exclusive unit  - Training & Placement  Cell(T & P Cell). It has certainly become a jewel in the crown of the college with its exemplary service in  the other spheres  - Communication/ Soft  Skills(Verbal, Analytical skills and GDs/Interviews ) training, Seminars, Workshops & Symposiums .  As soft skills are mandatory for most jobs in today’s global business environment, the training imparted by this T& P cell empowers the students for great careers.  And it has constantly strived to equip the
students with the updated skills. The recruiters’ perception of ‘The quality of education is on par with the demands of the industry’ is a testimony to the service of this cell.

 This T&P Cell has taken up various prestigious Employability Programmes not only for its  students but also for other college students in the state.  Recently the college has conducted a major and unique event of Employability Programme on its campus-AMCAT (Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test) partnered with Aspiring Minds Company, Haryana.  This test is a wholesome product to test all skills needed to succeed in corporate.  This sort of computer adaptive test is a first-ever event in our region. This event has evoked a tremendous response from all walks of life.  About 3000 students have taken part in this test from over 60 different colleges of our state. Thus this event has become a feather in the cap of the college.
